Connects with the systems enterprise procurement already runs

Data sources

Connect from any procurement data source

Mithra meets your data where it is, it doesn't dictate how you restructure your systems before you can get value.

ERP systems

SAP ECC and S/4HANA, Oracle EBS and Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, any ERP producing structured spend or supplier exports. API or extract.

P2P & eProcurement

SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus, GEP. PO data, requisition lines, catalogue transactions, and approved vendor lists.

Supplier master systems

Supplier databases, SRM platforms, risk tools, and manual lists, consolidated into a single normalized supplier master.

Invoice & AP data

Invoice management systems and AP exports. Line-level invoice data for PPV, duplicate detection, and anomaly analysis.

Contract management

CLM platforms and contract repositories with structured rates, suppliers, categories, and terms, powering leakage analysis.

Cloud data platforms

BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Redshift. If procurement data is already centralized, Mithra connects directly.

Flat files & manual sources

CSV, Excel, SFTP. For teams not ready to connect live systems, a representative export is enough to start a proof-of-value, processed in a secure environment.

Where clean data goes

Mithra's governed data layer feeds your downstream systems and teams

BI & analytics

Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik. A clean, classified, normalized spend cube that plugs directly into your BI environment.

Clean data exports

Structured CSV, Parquet, or database tables with classified spend, supplier master, and enriched transactions, scheduled or on-demand.

Procurement & ERP systems

Write normalized supplier master and taxonomy codes back to your ERP or SRM, with your explicit approval.

Warehouses & lakehouses

Direct write to BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure, or Databricks. Mithra's output becomes your clean procurement data layer.

Initiative trackers

Pulse opportunity outputs feed initiative tracking tools, project platforms, and CPO reporting dashboards.

How we connect

Four ways to connect, matched to your IT requirements

API connectors

Pre-built secure connectors for SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, and more. IT review and configuration typically takes under one business day. Encrypted in transit.

Database connections

Expose a read-only view of your procurement data warehouse. Mithra connects via secure, credential-based SSL connection and reads only what's needed.

SFTP & secure file transfer

Where API or DB connections aren't approved: automated secure file transfer on your cadence, from a dedicated secure SFTP location.

Proof-of-value upload

Evaluating Mithra? Upload a representative sample through our secure portal. We return a proof-of-value report within five business days, no live integration required.

Data security in transit and at rest

Your procurement data, handled with enterprise controls

Mithra processes data in a secure, dedicated environment with regional hosting for data residency. Data shared for a proof-of-value is not retained beyond the agreed scope, and all handling is governed by Mithra's Data Processing Agreement.

FAQ

Integration questions, answered.

A proof-of-value starts immediately with a flat-file upload and takes zero IT time. A full API or database integration typically requires less than one day of IT configuration and two to four weeks of testing before go-live.
No. Mithra reads from your source systems. Write-back of normalized data (supplier master, taxonomy codes) is optional and only happens with your explicit approval after review.
Yes. If procurement data is already centralized in a warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure), we prefer to connect at that layer, it's faster, cleaner, and reduces load on your ERP systems.
Multi-currency, multi-entity, and multi-language environments are standard for our enterprise customers. We normalize currencies and entities during ingestion, and our classification models are trained on multilingual procurement vocabulary.
No. Mithra builds customer-specific classification and normalization models. Your data is not used to train shared models and stays subject to your Data Processing Agreement.
